Dee Hunsucker

Following a successful career in federal service, Dee spent six years developing training courses for the US Navy, then worked for a nonprofit focused on marine science. She wanted to continue applying the variety of skills she has accumulated to a marine-focused business. Dee grew up on the water and around boats, so Knot 10 was a natural fit. She joins a robust team that supports our yacht sales and closings.

When not working, Dee enjoys spending time with her husband Jeff on the Wye River. You’ll often find them out fishing or just enjoying a sunset cruise. Her other interests include gardening, cooking, traveling, and exploring wines.

Joshua Garner

Josh was raised on Lake Erie, growing up enjoying the blessing of water recreation and the beautiful lakefront scenery throughout the seasons.  His family has owned boats throughout the years in Ohio and Florida, allowing for fresh and saltwater fishing as well as cruising and other aquatic activities.
Josh worked for Skipperbud’s in Lakeside Marblehead, selling new, used, and brokerage boats with exclusive dealer rights to twenty-nine new lines and endless inventory opportunities with used and brokerage sales.  Josh joined Skipperbuds shortly after Marine Max became the parent company.  He’s worked multiple boat shows in Ohio and Michigan and gained excellent experience working for the largest boat dealer in the Midwest.
First in Josh’s life is being a Christ follower who enjoys church, playing in a worship band, and other faith-based activities/duties.  As a musician, he has lived in Nashville performing and writing songs throughout the years and continues to do so off and on.  Travel is another passion and has connected him with many great friends worldwide.  His girlfriend and Labrador Callie keep him in line despite his adventurous nature.  Regardless of where he roams, a staple where he hangs his hat is a nearby water source and patch of woods.  He will work hard with integrity and honesty to give you the best boat-buying experience within his power.

Captain Brian Fry

I wasn’t raised around boating, as I was born in a landlocked town in PA. It wasn’t until my time in the Navy that I truly experienced life near and on the water. The pivotal moment of inspiration came when a shipmate introduced me to the world of sailing, igniting a lifelong fascination with boats and the open sea.

With over a decade of boating experience, including sailing on the Upper Chesapeake Bay and cruising to the Bahamas, my love for boating led me to first acquire a Catalina 30, and later a C&C 40 sloop and a Chris Craft MY. As a licensed Captain (OUPV near-coastal, up to 100 miles offshore) and an ASA sailing instructor, I’ve spent summers delivering boats along the East coast, including Bermuda, and have completed a significant portion of the Great Loop. My expertise extends to teaching sailing and advising on boat purchasing, repairs, maintenance, and cruising.

Becoming a yacht broker is a natural extension of my passion and experience. Welcoming newcomers to our marina, receiving/providing tours, and engaging in conversations about boats has been a consistent joy. Cruising extensively has allowed me to form connections and gain insights into various boats and lifestyles. I believe in passing on my knowledge to clients, helping them navigate the complexities of boat ownership and realize their cruising dreams.

I am excited to bring my unique perspective, extensive experience, and passion for boating to a yacht brokerage role. I look forward to the possibility of contributing to the success of both clients and the brokerage team.

Heather Graham

My boating life began on small inland lakes with my grandfather, and decades later, that passion has been passed on to my own family. After privately selling a small Chaparral and working with Knot 10 to purchase a beautiful Formula – I learned both the value of a top-notch firm AND love and respect for the boat sale process. I greatly enjoy learning the intricacies of each vessel I list and understand each unique need of my buyers. Communication is key, well-done photography is essential, and honesty is non-negotiable. I want to earn your business the first time and every time after that.
Nearly every April – October weekend, you will find us frequenting our local Ohio islands – whether it be – socializing at Crews Nest, relaxing on Sandusky beaches, or simply enjoying an evening playing on Lake Erie. We are “boat people” and are so grateful for the memories lake life provides our family and friends.
