Beth Ciancaglini

Growing up in Annapolis, Maryland, I was surrounded by the Chesapeake Bay. Boating, fishing, and crabbing weren’t just hobbies—they were a way of life. My love for the water has been a lifelong passion and continues to inspire everything I do today.

Entrepreneurship has always been part of who I am. I started my first business at just 12 years old and went on to own six successful companies before beginning a career in sales. Although I never planned on becoming a salesperson, I quickly discovered that helping people find the right fit came naturally.

My sales career began in the automotive industry, where I earned a place among Chrysler Corporation’s Top 100 Sales Professionals while working at a small dealership. That success eventually led me into yacht sales, where I found the perfect combination of my passion for boating and my commitment to helping clients.

Throughout my career, I’ve been honored with numerous industry awards, including multiple years as Top Gun with Beneteau, one of the world’s largest boat manufacturers, and Top of the Prop with Sea Ray. Most recently, I was proud to finish as the #1 salesperson in the United States at the Annapolis Boat Show with Blackfin.

For me, yacht sales is about much more than selling boats. It’s about building lasting relationships, understanding each client’s lifestyle, and helping them create unforgettable memories on the water. Whether you’re purchasing your first boat or upgrading to your dream yacht, I’m committed to making the process enjoyable, transparent, and rewarding.

Outside of work, my greatest blessings are my family. Being a mother and grandmother is the most rewarding role of my life. My strong faith guides me in every aspect of my life and business, and I cherish spending time with my dear friend David and my faithful dog, Piper.

I truly believe I’ve been blessed with a wonderful life, and I’m grateful every day for the opportunity to help others discover the incredible lifestyle that boating has to offer.

Duane Ritter

My passion for boating started at a very young age.  I would spend summers on Lake Erie boating with my parents and grandparents.  Throughout the years, I have owned boats that ranged from 12 foot to my current Carver 33ss.
I have been in education for 25 years, having the opportunity to teach physical education, health, special education, and in my current position, Dean of Students.  My passion for boating and the marine industry has led me to getting my 25-ton near-coastal waters captain’s license.
I have always been interested in boat sales. I have sold my own boats, and the best part of the process was getting to know people, whether they were experienced boaters or first-time boat owners, and sharing my personal experiences with them.  Yes, I wanted to sell the boat, but I also wanted them to make sure the boat they were looking at was the right one for them.  When the opportunity came up to be a broker with Knot 10 Yacht Sales, I knew the time was right to share my knowledge and passion of boating with others.

Chuck Lineberry

My passion for boats began at age 10 when my dad and I rebuilt a 1969 Sea Nymph and began boating and fishing the local lakes in North Carolina, where I grew up. I moved to Florida in 2003 in pursuit of constant sunshine. My family is avid boaters, maintaining two boats. A flats boat for inshore, freshwater, and the sandbar, as well as an offshore boat for chasing sails and running to the Bahamas. My experience has taught me that the perfect boat is a balance between function and form. Based on that I help buyer/sellers match.
