Harrison Dow

Harrison brings a lifelong passion for boating and strong connections throughout the Long Island community to his role with Knot 10 Yacht Sales. Growing up on the water, he has extensive knowledge of Long Island’s waterways and the East End boating community.

Based in the Town of Riverhead, Harrison has built strong relationships throughout Suffolk County through his community involvement and passion for boating. His local knowledge and experience give him a unique understanding of the people, marinas, and waterways that make Long Island such a special place to boat.

Whether helping a first-time buyer find the right boat or assisting an owner in selling their vessel, Harrison takes pride in being accessible, knowledgeable, and straightforward throughout the process.

Duane Ritter

My passion for boating started at a very young age.  I would spend summers on Lake Erie boating with my parents and grandparents.  Throughout the years, I have owned boats that ranged from 12 foot to my current Carver 33ss.
I have been in education for 25 years, having the opportunity to teach physical education, health, special education, and in my current position, Dean of Students.  My passion for boating and the marine industry has led me to getting my 25-ton near-coastal waters captain’s license.
I have always been interested in boat sales. I have sold my own boats, and the best part of the process was getting to know people, whether they were experienced boaters or first-time boat owners, and sharing my personal experiences with them.  Yes, I wanted to sell the boat, but I also wanted them to make sure the boat they were looking at was the right one for them.  When the opportunity came up to be a broker with Knot 10 Yacht Sales, I knew the time was right to share my knowledge and passion of boating with others.

Shaun Laursen

Hi, I grew up in Charleston working on the water as a kid fishing the creeks and racing sailboats. I have enjoyed sailing and captaining several vessels in the BVI and USVI over the past 25 years. I enjoy Fishing with my sons in the Bahamas and throughout Florida and in the creeks here in the lowcountry. Over the past 10 years I have been a master captain and run a fleet of commercial COI vessels.

Frank Coppola

Frank Coppola has spent more than 30 years on the water and is passionate about helping others enjoy the boating lifestyle.  As the owner of a 40’Ocean, he understands boating from the owner’s perspective and enjoys sharing his knowledge with both new and experienced boaters.
Backed by decades of technical experience as an Elevator Mechanic and former Master Plumber, Frank is known for his honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail.  Whether you’re buying your first boat or your next dream yacht, Frank is dedicated to making the process enjoyable, straightforward, and successful.

Josh Miller

Josh is a Maryland Eastern Shore native who proudly calls Kent Island home. A 1998 graduate of the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, Josh began his career serving at sea before achieving his lifelong dream of becoming a U.S. Coast Guard helicopter pilot and aeronautical engineer.

During an accomplished 25-year Coast Guard career, Josh had the privilege of living and flying over all four corners of the United States, ultimately retiring as a Captain in January 2023. His extensive leadership, technical expertise, and unwavering commitment to service have seamlessly transitioned into a successful career in yacht sales.

A lifelong boater and passionate outdoorsman, Josh offers clients a unique combination of maritime knowledge, aviation precision, and real-world boating experience. Whether assisting first-time buyers or experienced yacht owners, he is dedicated to connecting each client with the right boat at the right price and at the right time, while delivering exceptional service throughout every step of the buying or selling process.

Outside the office, Josh enjoys remodeling homes, beekeeping, hunting, fishing, cycling, and embracing the Chesapeake Bay lifestyle. His passion for boating, integrity, and customer-first approach make him a trusted advisor for anyone looking to enjoy life on the water.
