1980 Wellington 44 Cutter Center Cockpit

“Project Boat”

This sailboat was built in Jacksonville, Florida. Designed as a sea-going cutter, with a displacement of 30,000 lbs. The over-all length is 44 ft. with a beam of 13’6”. This boat was especially designed for both deep sea travels, and shallow draft waters. The normal draft with centerboard down is 7’ 6”. When in shallow waters and the centerboard is up, the draft is then. 4’ 6”. This vessel is great for Island hopping.

The Regal Commodore 3880 has an innovative sedan bridge design that uses the full breadth of its 13-foot beam belowdecks.
