1998 Sea Ray 440 Express Bridge

This 1998 Sea Ray 440 Sedan Bridge has been freshwater kept since 2020 and has been well maintained and is new to the market. It is powered by twin CAT 3126 diesels (420 hp each). One engine was rebuilt about three years ago so the hours are very low. The other engine has been maintained by professional mechanics and has about 1700 hours.

This full-bodied cruising yacht has a walk-through bridge to bow and boasts the interior space of a 50 footer. The two-stateroom floorplan has a full-beam salon with a U-shaped settee, two heads, and a roomy galley with an upright refrigerator.

The Bridge is great for entertaining while cruising or anchored with a centerline helm, wet bar and seats up to ten! There are other features like twin transom doors, built-in cockpit seat, foredeck bench seat, and generous storage.

In the salon, a comfortable sofa – dinette converts to sleeping quarters for two. The mid-stateroom has a full-size bed, cedar-lined hanging locker with mirrored door and large vanity. There’s also a separate head with VacuFlush toilet and shower. The built-in vanity in the mid-stateroom has deep drawers and a large compartment to provide plenty of room to stow belongings. In the master stateroom, a full-size bed with innerspring mattress promises a good night’s sleep. The master head can be accessed from the forward stateroom or the salon. 2014 Chaparral 310 Signature

This 310 Chaparral has a fantastic layout in the cabin which makes this boat feel much larger than 31′ and the setup is superior to anything in it’s class. 1989 Pearson 39-2

This well-maintained Pearson 39-2 is in great condition and truly turn-key. She has been thoughtfully upgraded and is equipped for comfortable cruising, whether you plan to sail the Chesapeake, explore the East Coast, or head farther afield.

A major highlight is the modern 40 HP Yanmar 3JH40 engine (installed in October 2021), featuring electronic fuel control, with currently under 470 hours. This repower alone adds tremendous value and peace of mind for years to come. The engine compartment also received upgraded sound insulation and a matched 3-blade prop for optimal performance.

Other recent upgrades include a Vesper XB-6000 AIS, new VHF with remote mic, new running rigging (halyards, traveler, vang), and freshly upholstered salon cushions with stain-resistant Crypton fabric. The hull was professionally buffed and waxed in June 2025, and new bottom paint was applied at the same time—she’s ready to go.

Important Disclosure: Moisture readings on the lower decks are elevated, and there are five (5) identified soft spots (see last photo). However, there is no water intrusion into the cabin, and the current owner has sailed and insured the boat without issue. The chainplates are secured with a fiberglassed-in rod system, so there are no rigging concerns, and the upper deck and cabin top remain in solid condition. The price is reflective of the aforementioned.

With a shallow draft of 4’-10” (centerboard up) and tall rig, she’s ideally suited for anchoring in the Chesapeake or extended coastal cruising. The sails are crisp, and she handles beautifully.
