1983 Morgan 32-3

1983 Morgan 323 which is on it’s second owner. Unfortunately the current owner never got a chance to get his dream underway.

This boat reminds me alot of my Catalina 30 down below, but with wider decks and better engine access. Sails appear to have several years of life left in them. Mast and boom are bare aluminum and are in great shape. Hull is solid. Rigging is original but looks serviceable. Lots of ventilation. There is an A/C installed, but is currently not blowing cold air.

1998 Sea Ray 450 Sundancer

The current owner lives aboard and has done so for the past several years. He had a dive business, but like so many other businesses, covid took its toll, he had to end the business, and move to another avenue. I can go into more detail during a conversation. He is constantly updating the boat, but his job takes him out to sea for 230 days/year. He will continue to do so until she’s sold. The hull is solid and just needs some sanding and painted. Owner is having the bottom hull cleaned before the end of June.

This boat would make an excellent personal long-distance vessel, tour/charter boat, work vessel, or back into a dive boat.

2021 Sea Ray SDX 290

This ( STILL IN WARRANTY ) 2021 Sea Ray 290 SDX is the most luxurious boats in its class. She offers plenty of seating in the oversized bow and huge cockpit. Most of the interior space is found in the aft cockpit where a large L-shaped lounge begins across from the double-wide helm seat forward and extends aft and around the transom all the way to the starboard boarding gate.
