This 310 is in excellent cosmetic and mechanical condition, well cared for by both of it’s owners. Current owner purchased Nereus in March of 2024, however must sell her due to health reasons. The previous owner did a lot of upgrades, including integrated chart plotter & auto-pilot. The hours on the Yanmar 2GM are unknown, but engine appears to be well maintained. The current owner has purchased new; batteries, cockpit cushions, bimini & connector, and bottom paint. Both sails (main & jib)are crisp, but age unknown. Please see pictures for more detail.

2 known issues: Freezer doesn’t work, and delamination at starboard mid cleat (seller had an estimate of $10,000 for the repair.)

Prop and cutlass bearing are good. Rudder has been rebuilt. Sails are an unknown, but appear in good condition from what I can see of the genoa.

Belowdecks this boat is in fantastic shape. Wood, soft goods. Canvas for enclosure is a mix of different ages, Dodger needs replaced, bimini is new, isinglass all looks good.
