1999 Sea Ray 540 Sundancer

FRESHWATER SINCE NEW THIS BOAT IS AN ABSOLUTE ROCKSTAR IN CONDITION AND IT WILL NOT BE OUTDONE BY ANY OTHER. STUNNING BOAT.

This 540 Sundancer is unmatched and her original owner kept her in Michigan where she enjoyed heated storage out of the elements during the winter months, and it shows! Her flawless gelcoat shines like new. She was professionally moved to Lake Pleasant Arizona in September of 2021 where she now enjoys warmer weather in her covered slip. The value of a freshwater, meticulously maintained yacht is immeasurable. All original manuals, purchase documents and maintenance records available. The awesome Detroit Diesels (100k upgrade) make her quick and agile for such a large yacht, topping out at an impressive 41 mph/35.6 knots.

Every surface is in excellent condition. No cuts, marks, scratches, stains or signs of wear. Vinyl, Ultraleather, carpet, countertops, cabinetry and curtains… all excellent.

The Master Stateroom is amazing! Incredibly comfortable custom made mattress (2021 $2,500) Ample drawer space, full closet, 55″ TV, private bath with full size separate shower and vacuflush head.

The forward Stateroom is also very spacious with steps on either side of the bed, no more catapulting yourself up there. Drawers, full closet, large smart TV and Washer/Dryer.

AND the best part is you can contact the captain from the phones in the staterooms and salon in case you don’t want to get out of bed. He most likely won’t answer it but it’s fun.

Awesome Galley with cooktop, convection oven/microwave, full size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and lots of storage/countertop space.

The Salon features a huge Ultraleather sofa with electrically operated slide that comfortably seats 8 and sleeps 2. You really must see in person to appreciate how large this space is. We have had guests over 6′ 4″ with room to spare. 2 large smart TVs so you can enjoy a movie from every angle. Bose Acoustimass sound system.

This Cockpit was built to entertain in style and comfort! HUGE seating area with mobile table. Full wet bar with refrigerator and ice maker. The back sofa slides out to sun pad. The stereo system is ridiculous featuring 16 Rockford Fosgate speakers and 3 sub woofers, 4 1,200 watt amps, and Fusion Apollo head unit. Hear your music 10 miles away with clarity. I’m not sure how much my Husband really spent but I do know it was way north of 25k in 2021. Controls by the swim deck, cockpit or just use your watch so you don’t have to get out of the water.

1981 Endeavour 40

The Endeavour 40 is a sloop rig, keel stepped mast and she has a long fin keel, skeg-rudder, and a 50-hp Perkins diesel engine with approximately 1586-hours of usage. The Endeavour 40 is a spacious yacht (most notably in the main saloon, and master stateroom aft), with beautiful teak woodworking, 6’4” of headroom, and offers all the amenities necessary for comfortable family cruising or living aboard.

2005 Sea Ray 500 Sundancer

This is quite possibly the nicest Sea Ray 500 on the market today. From the moment you step aboard you will find she has a beautiful ( rare ) solid teak decking throughout the cockpit and extended (hydraulic) swim platform that screams elegance. Never Satisfied is an absolute beauty that has been preserved with the utmost attention to detail and her owner has spared no expense in updating and maintaining her. Once inside the cockpit you will see that the designers at Sea Ray really outdid themselves on this model with an unparalleled 360 view that is the perfect setting for entertaining friends and family. You will find that all of the upholstery is in fantastic condition as is the new beautiful Mariner Blue canvas. With only a few steps down you will arrive in a richly appointed open floor plan into the salon and galley. To port there are built-in lockers, an ornate bar, Television console and entertainment center, with all cabinetry made from beautiful high gloss Cherry Wood. To starboard are 2 large sofas, one of which converts into a full double berth. The other opens up to provide for additional storage. The galley offers a 2-burner electric stovetop, convection microwave oven, stainless sink, 2 drawer-style refrigerator/freezer units concealed by beautiful cabinetry, overhead hatch, and cherry wood flooring.

Across to port is the guest stateroom which offers a bunk-bed arrangement, with the lower bunk being extra-wide and furnished with a Television. There is a roomy hanging locker, drawer storage, overhead hatch for natural lighting, and private access to the guest head forward. The guest head, which also serves as the day head as there are two entryways, offers a large stall shower, Vacu-flush head system, vanity with sink mounted into solid surface countertop, abundant storage, natural lighting, and tile flooring.

Moving forward into the Master Stateroom, the large space consists of a centerline queen berth with cherry headboard and rattan inset, large cedar-lined hanging locker, vanity with mirror and storage, overhead hatch, separate air conditioning, and private entrance to the large ensuite Master Head to starboard. The Master Head provides a large stall shower, Vacu-flush head system, solid-surface countertop with sink and faucet, natural lighting, plenty of storage, and tile flooring.
