This 420DA has been kept right and the sellers have extensive service records including the recent 1000-hour Cummins service. Cummin’s 1000 Hour / 5 Year Service on her twin 6CTA Engines.  

      • Drain, flush and refill cooling systems with new coolant.
      • Service air filters.
      • Replace boost hoses.
      • Inspect risers and turbo clearances.
      • Remove Racors. Disassemble and clean.
      • Replace thermostats.
      • Inspect for boost leaks and report findings.
      • Replace all original Cummins supplied hoses.
      • Remove all engine/transmission coolers. Clean, test and reinstall.
      • Service sea water pumps.
      • Change transmission oil and filters.
      • Change engine oil and filters.
      • Replace all engine zincs.
      • Change all fuel filters.

In addition to all Cummins required 1000 Hour service maintenance two additional major items noted below were addressed. Detailed Invoices available upon request.
 
Starboard engine Aftercooler was replaced. The Port engine Aftercooler was replaced during the prior 2018 Cummins 1000 Hour / 5 Year Service and serviced as part of July 2024 Cummins 1000 Hour.
Starboard Turbo was completely reconditioned (Turbo rebuild-DMS Turboblueprinters, Palm Beach Gardens, FL) to ensure it meets all Cummins specifications. The Port Turbo was confirmed to meet all Cummins specifications.
Port/Starboard Rudder boxes were re-packed.
Port/Starboard Struts were re-sealed.
Minor Fiberglass/gelcoat cosmetic repair made on starboard gunwale
