 This vessel will need some repairs to bring her back to 100%.

The needed work: 

Needs new carpet in the Aft master stateroom.
Higher than normal water intrusion found on the forward deck. 
Generator needs work or replacement. 
Some engine hoses are in need of replacement.  

She is a very spacious w/ 2 stateroom and 2 FULL bath Motor Yacht that would make a great liveaboard or weekender at the shore. She has low hours ( around 450 ) and for the right person she is a steal at this price!!!
