Overview
One of the earlier in a series of ever-larger party and dinner cruise charter boats built by explosive demolition, real estate developer, charter operator, entrepreneur and investor Winston Knauss.
For the last decade the vessel has been used as a yacht club clubhouse, the twin pod drives have been removed and are in storage, thru-hulls plated over, with the rest of the machinery still in place, and domestic systems have also been installed, water systems, boiler, A/C air handlers, etc.
The photos tell the story, the vessel could be towed to another location to continue in this type of service or floating restaurant, be restored to active duty or totally refit... nearby in New Jersey and Connecticut are boatyards where almost any level of restoration or renovation can be contemplated.
Make an offer, the owners are building a new club house and this one needs to go.
