Overview
1983 Hans Christian 39 Pilothouse cutter motorsailer in largely original condition, good provenance, generous tankage, A/C, three berths, brass and bronze throughout, hull and foredeck all appear solid, teak naturally aged and in excellent condition, re-powered 2005 with a 50hp Beta / Kubota, 250 gallon fuel, used regularly until 2025, lots of electronics including HF, VHF, Radar, autopilot, wind instruments, solar panels, the boat has been to Europe and the Mediterranean and back, Caribbean, only a handful of these heavy-weather ocean passage tanks ever built, and rare to find one with so much original fitting out, fixtures, hardware, etc., would make a beautiful restoration for one who knows the intrinsic beauty and value of these boats.

Next forward is a head with toilet and vanity sink to starboard and a quaterberth to port, followed by a double berth cabin with large closet, followed by a full-sized vanity sink to port, and finally the forward compartment which doubles as a sail locker or additional berth.
All surrounded in fine joinery and vintage fixtures, brass towel rods and lighting, etc.
