This 1990 Donzi Classic Sweet 16 is a beautifully updated example of one of Donzi’s most recognizable performance boats. Finished in a striking custom white metallic pearl and deep dark red metallic paint scheme inside and out, this Sweet 16 combines its timeless hull design with extensive recent upgrades throughout.
The boat has never been bottom painted and has never been kept in the water. Extensive work and updating was completed in 2025 by MDG Performance Marine in Edgewater, Maryland, with attention given to the mechanical systems, cockpit, electrical equipment, lighting, controls, and overall presentation. The boat was idle during 2026.
The engine and drive were both professionally serviced in summer 2025 and are reported to be running strong and operating properly. There is no hour meter.

Cockpit & Helm
The helm has been extensively refreshed with a new steering wheel, ignition switch, dual-arm throttle, electrical switch panel, and Livorsi instrumentation. The red-backlit Livorsi gauges include GPS speed with tattletale, RPM, fuel level, water temperature, oil pressure, and voltage.
Additional upgrades include a charging port beneath the helm, full RGB dimmable indirect LED lighting, new Donzi Direct carpeting, and a new four-switch illuminated panel controlling the blower, navigation/anchor lights, bilge pump, and engine-room lighting.
The upholstery remains in excellent condition, finished in bright white with no rips or tears.
Mechanical & Electrical
The engine and drive were fully and professionally serviced in summer 2025. Additional recent work and equipment includes:
