Spencer hails from The Chesapeake Bay area, and has been on the water his entire life. His passion for boating and sailboats started at a young age, growing up on his father’s 25’ daysailer. Today, this has since progressed to owning boats of his own along the East Coast with a canal front residence in Cape Coral, FL- where his boating addiction is continuing to grow. Power or Sail- Spencer has a passion for being on the water that includes a history of recreational boating, boat maintenance, sailing, racing, boat delivery, volunteering, and cruising- which has fueled his career with a dedicated passion and knowledge for the industry. Spencer was educated in engineering and sales and has both extensive sales and customer service experience. His brokerage experience and passion for boating, along with his sense of ambition, hustle, and determination has continued to prove to be successful for his clients; Spencer’s sales from 2019 accounted for over $3 Million. Since starting in the industry, Spencer’s career has been excelling rapidly all over the East Coast. His relentless dedication to his clients has led him to being named Knot 10’s Number One Buyers Broker for the last two years, in both 2018 and 2019. Since coming to Knot 10 in 2018, Spencer has sold over 80 boats, including sales in almost every state up and down the east coast. He is known for his great national contacts, and his ability to help both sellers and buyers have successful surveys, including post survey negotiations.
