Captain Frank resides in Naples, Florida and is the owner of the Naples School of Boating, offering a nationally recognized on-water powerboat training course. Frank has spent his entire life on the water and earned his USCG Captain’s License 15 years ago. He has a passion for teaching and has been a boating instructor for the past 10 years. He holds a Finance Degree from Sacred Heart University and spent the first part of his professional life in Financial Services where he developed excellent business and communication skills. When not giving boating lessons or brokering yachts, Frank can be found cruising the Gulf on his Boston Whaler or paddleboarding at the beach.
