Now and then I get to list a boat that looks amazing due to the care and upkeep from a fastidious owner.  This is the boat to see!  Looking much newer and owned by a retired military pilot she will not disappoint you!

Lots of updates and care, extra parts, new equipment, all you need to do is bring your personal items, food and go!  Owners recently re-varnished interior and she is loaded with loaded with spare parts and equipment seldom seen.  New port and deck hatch glass.

ACCOMMODATIONS:

Enter the cockpit through either the port or starboard boarding gates.  Wide side decks make maneuverability around the deck easy.  Cockpit has teak inlay seating with foam cushions.  Fully overhead enclosed with Sunbrella bimini, dodger, and connector.  Helm is centered with elevated seat and cushion.  Walk through transom make water fun easy. Down a few steps enter the main cabin with beautiful re-varnished wood work and teak and holly floors.  Walk all the way forward and into the stateroom with double berth, storage, and a privacy door.   The salon and dinette are starboard and have a flat screen TV mounted in the forward bulkhead.  Across from the salon is the galley with ample room for storage and food preparation spaces.  Just aft of the galley is the navigation station with desk and store.  Further aft if the private door into the aft cabin.  Large, featuring a king size berth, hanging locker and storage.  Under the companionway steps is the engine compartment.  On the starboard side is a large separate shower stall and set locker and separate head with vanity, sink and electric toilet.

GALLEY:  Located on the port side of the main cabin the galley offers plenty of food preparation and storage space making the onboard chef happy.

This Cruiser is very unique it’s new modern design. It has the looks of much larger boats with a lot of great features. The first thing you notice when you step aboard is all the natural sunlight beaming in from all sides.

You have a clear 360 view of the water and your surroundings. Having contemporary windows throughout the hull allows for additional viewing from all sleeping accommodations forward as well as midship. As you step into the main cabin through the large sliding glass doors, you have a galley starboard side with an electric 2 burner cooktop. With a SS sink to your left. Below you have a built-in microwave. This whole area is in cased in a wood grain cabinet with a mirrored lift-top for a very modern looking style. On the port side you have Dinette with seating for four which can be converted for a sleeping area for 2. A total of 6 people can sleep on this boat comfortably. 

As you look above there are 2 sliding hatched that allow sunlight to come in or pull shades closed for privacy . The helm is located starboard side with all controls, gauges, chart plotter, GPS, Depth finder, Bow Thruster controls etc for easy access. Power assisted steering makes it a breeze when coming into the dock. As you step down into the lower area, you have a full bathroom with a sink, vanity and toilet. Shower is available by using a hand held wand with hot and cold water. This boat has a great layout with plenty of storage, especially when you raise the rear deck hydraulically and see just how much you will

be able to stow away on those long weekends together with your family. When you have both 200 HP Yamaha motors in the down position, it will allow you to move the rear bench backwards to give you more room for entertaining.
