1988 Chris-Craft 46 Constellation
Luv’n Life 2 is a terrific example of a 1988 Chris Craft 46 Constellation. The current owners have lived on her for the last 6 years and have made significant changes to make her a safe and comfortable home. The owners are off on a new adventure and are motivated to let her go at a great price.
Two years ago the interior was upgraded.
All fluorescent lights were replaced with LED, which can be operated remotely or by programming/timer.

The galley has been renovated to be much more functional.
The small galley stove/oven was removed, along with the Small dishwasher. The cabinet was refaced and a convection steam injection wall oven was installed, along with a tall cabinet for large oven sheet pan storage. The counter top now has a large Boos butcher block where the stove top was, giving twice the workspace for food prep. When prep is finished the are multiple portable appliances within easy reach to do the cooking (induction burner, smokeless griddle)
All resistive electric wall heaters in the boat were replaced.
There are 4 Reverse Cycle units on board (16k btu?). The one in the upper salon is 4 years old, as is the Pump for the units.

The hot water heater was replaced.
The old hide-a-bed sofas were removed and replaced with modern furniture.
The master mattress was replaced with a modern coil/memory foam.
The flybridge enclosure was replaced and includes multiple panels with screens. The helm seats were replaced. There is a small refrigerator for the flybridge.

Security cameras are installed in and around the boat allowing for remote monitoring of the bilges, the engineroom, the swim platform, and the side deck of the boat. Even monitoring of the temperatures throughout the boat.
The engines are Johnson and Tower Detroit Diesel 671 TIB’s with just over 1000 hours. The batteries have been replaced.
The 15KW Onan generator has <900 hours (gauge on Nav station says 1631 as the generator has been replaced at some point in the past)
