The 1999 Mainship 430 3-stateroom configuration features a full-beam master stateroom aft, a forward guest stateroom with a V-berth, and a midship guest stateroom with two single berths. This layout provides ample space and privacy for extended cruising or liveaboard situations.

Mainship 430 is known as a “fast” trawler. The hull material of Mainship 430 is fiberglass, a 15’6” beam that makes it a wide boat with lots of storage space. She has traditional trawler styling as it has a trunk cabin but a good turn of speed. In other words, the Mainship 430 trawler is a combination of classic design and innovative engineering and modern manufacturing methods.

About Mainship 430 Trawler Interiors and Accommodation

Mainship 430 trawlers have a truly comfortable and spacious interior design. All 430 interiors feature teak cabinets and teak and holly flooring in the salon and galley.

The salon area is very generous with an adjustable sofa, dining table for four-person, and of course port and starboard deck doors.

The galley on the 430 Trawler can be your paradise with enough Corian-covered counters, an oversize sink, a three-burner range, a microwave-convection oven, a refrigerator, and loads of storage. A breakfast bar with two stools overlooks the galley, and the forward stateroom has an island berth or V-berths.

Three-cabin two-head layout trawlers are very popular. There is one useful feature on Trawler 430; the owner’s stateroom has a door to access the cockpit. The cabins are well maintained and defined with good interiors.

The washer/dryer space under the forward salon steps. Walkaround decks make getting around easy and secure.

It has a fully equipped lower helm that allows operation during inclement weather. The comfortable and adjustable pilot seat doubles as a great place to store the large standard freezer.

About Mainship 430 Trawler Exteriors

From the generous flybridge, captains have a full, unobstructed view of all points. Both the upper room and that of the console are dedicated to electronic needs. Behind the standard radar, mast are diamond-shaped, non-slip steps that lead to the aft deck, which is large enough for the sturdy aluminum rails to provide excellent handgrips, and the cockpit is lowered to a full-size platform with a comfortable swim ladder and platform for safer entry and easy swimming Fresh water shower. 

The trip to the built-in pulpit is safe for everyone with the wide decks and high bulwarks of the trawler 430. The split anchor shaft supports many trips and an additional Danforth and includes a washing system option for docking. The port and starboard cabin doors also make short handling a breeze.

Detailed Description:

Master Stateroom (Aft):

This full-beam stateroom offers a walk-around queen-size berth, nightstands, reading lights, and ample storage including a cedar-lined hanging locker. Natural light is provided by six portlights, and a private ensuite head with a separate shower is included. Direct access to the cockpit is also available.

Forward Guest Stateroom:

This stateroom features a V-berth with a filler cushion to create a double berth.

Midship Guest Stateroom:

This stateroom offers two single berths, suitable for guests or crew.

Guest Head:

Located to starboard, just aft of the forward stateroom, the guest head includes a vanity, toilet, and a separate enclosed shower.
