The seller purchased this houseboat new, and has used it as an office since. Currently slipped at the Warf Marina in Washington, DC, and comes with live-aboard rights. This is a great opportunity to own a condo on the water at a fantastic price. The vessel is not currently for sale without live-aboard rights.
