The Studio Model is a floating home designed for permanent docked living. Fully manufactured from aluminum, our homes are built to last and withstand. Our exterior cladding is hurricane rated while providing superior fire resistance. Quad-toon aluminum pontoons provide stability and long term low maintenance enjoyment. The Studio Model can provide an ecofriendly lodging experience like no other. 20hp Mercury Outboard, helm station, and portable fuel tank for moving around the marina.

Makrolon polycarbonate dual insulated windows protect from theft while providing superior thermal efficiency. Heavy duty aluminum pressurized tritoons. Class A fire rating. 50 Amp electrical service. Purasan EX marine waste treatment system on board - U.S. Coast Guard approved Type I Marine Sanitation Device. Hard wired CO2, smoke detector, and emergency lighting. Waterdrop NSF/ANSI water purification system installed. Fire extinguisher. Comprehensive 4 Year Manufacturer Limited Warranty.
