All detailed, compounded, waxed and buffed 5/25
A new look, a longitudinal beam that includes the mooring gear, a rigid bimini, a tall rig, a gullwing shaped bridgedeck and an overlapping genoa. The deck is uncluttered so moving around is easy: wide sidedecks, flush deck hatches, plenty of lockers. The aft deck allows passage from one transom to the other without going back up in the cockpit and access o the dinghy davits and dinghy. There are many ways to enjoy life on board the Lagoon 420: the cockpit with its large benchseats and a table is protected from the sun and the bad weather by a rigid bimini top with optional sides and back panels, the twin seats helm station was designed for sailing with a reduced crew. all the control lines can be handled by one person from the helm station, freeing the other living spaces for the guests. The foredeck is exclusively dedicated to relaxation. Electric winches by the helm and aft are welcome additions.

Accommodations
Priority has been given to comfort when designing the interior of the Lagoon 420. The light oak Alpi woodwork and the new teak and holly floor give a modern and relaxing feel. Access into the saloon from the cockpit through a sliding glass door on the same level. The longitudinal galley opens directly on the cockpit, it is the most social and practical area, fully equipped with numerous lockers. Standing room of 6' 7" and horizontal windows surrounding the salon provide a large, airy, and bright atmosphere. The port hull of the 3 cabin owner version is in fact a suite: large bed, sofa, numerous lockers and hanging lockers, washroom with separate shower. Disclosures
At the survey for the current owner, the port engine panel showed 15.9 hours and the starboard showed 3207.2 hours. The port alternator had been replaced recently. The surveyor estimated engine hours at approximately 3200. Because of changes in the current owners’ plans, the engines have had fewer than 100 hours of operation since purchase. Both engine control panels and the port alternator have been replaced in 2023-2024, so current hour readings are not accurate.
The valve at the bottom of the port engine compartment that diverts the generator exhaust from out the port side above the water level to under the water discharge under the boat on the side of the hull between the hulls, near the port aft AC raw water discharge, requires replacement, but it can only be replaced out of the water.
There is a single garden hose for the portable emergency pumps and they both have garden hose adapters. New owner might consider another hose so both portable emergency pumps (both AC and DC pumps) can have their own hoses
We can’t confirm Rogue Wave WiFi instrument is functioning, but if not, the wire to the router in the electronics cabinet could serve to pull wire for a different instrument.
At purchase, the KVh antenna and the TV provided good TV service, but we did not renew the subscription, so we do not know the current status of the KVH and TV
We have never used hot water, so we do not know the status of the hot water heater.
