Overview
The owner has spared no expense in maintaining this vessel in incredible condition. This 2008 Formula 45’ Yacht has the well sought after Imron Flagship graphic w/full morning sand metallic hullside color. She has been freshwater kept since June 2019 and is currently in heated storage. Owner has yearly analysis performed on engine and lower unit drive lubricants and has all of the detailed reports. Propspeed was applied to pods in spring of 2023. This Formula 45 is loaded with options and is “turn-key”. This vessel is a must see…you will not be disappointed.
Boasting twin Volvo Penta 600 diesel engines (870 total HP) with IPS drives and joystick controls makes docking easy and is built to perform. The vessel’s systems are powered by a Westerbeke 12.6 KW diesel generator. There are less than 980 hours on the engines and only 722 hours on the generator.
The helm is loaded with electronics including: Dual 12” Raymarine E125 HybridTouch Multifunction Displays with Chartplotter, GPS, Radar, & Sonar, FLIR thermal imaging, Volvo Penta EVC Display, Joystick Controls, ICOM VHF, Alpine 1000 Watt CDA-118M premium stereo system with CD/Bluetooth/MP3/SiriusXM, and Ritchie compass.
The cockpit features optional 30,000 BTU air conditioning/heating, power retractable sunroof, a wet-bar w/ sink, refrigerator, freezer, Samsung LCD TV, JL Audio speakers and a subwoofer.
Below deck, her cabin is spacious with the galley on the port side and the dinette on the starboard side. The galley is furnished with a refrigerator / freezer, 2 burner stove, microwave, and a plethora of pantry space. The salon features 18,000 BTU air conditioning/heating. Opposite, the U-shaped Ultraleather sofa provides a comfortable spot for lounging with seating wrapped around the large table, two bar stools, 40” Sony LCD Smart TV, and Bose Premium Lifestyle surround sound system. The dinette converts into a double berth for extra guests.
Her forward stateroom features a large, centerline berth with cedar lined closets on both side, Samsung LCD TV, and on-suite vacu-flush head with separate shower compartment as well as 7000 BTU air conditioning/heating. Twin berths are found in the guest stateroom, also featuring a Samsung LCD TV, and on suite vacu-flush head/shower
