Boat was bought during COVID. Family has since lost interest. It has been sitting untouched for about 2 years. This is a fantastic opportuity for someone who wants to do some work. Needs: bottom paint, full hull buff out, complete cleaning and buff of Deck and cockpit.. Sand/varnish teak on deck.
2 known issues: Freezer doesn't work, and delamination at starboard mid cleat (seller had an estimate of $10,000 for the repair.)
Prop and cutlass bearing are good. Rudder has been rebuilt. Sails are an unknown, but appear in good condition from what I can see of the genoa.
Belowdecks this boat is in fantastic shape. Wood, soft goods. Canvas for enclosure is a mix of different ages, Dodger needs replaced, bimini is new, isinglass all looks good.
