Sail Inventory:

        * Carbon Fiber Main, (2014); 

        * Carbon Fiber # 1, (2005) used only for racing, total of about 20 times;

        * Carbon Fiber roller furling #2 (2014);

        * Carbon Fiber # 3, (2005) used only for racing, total of about 15 times;

        * Dacron # 4 (2012);

        * 3/4 oz. Tri-radial spinnaker (2004);

        * 3/4 oz. Asymmetrical spinnaker (2012);

        * 3/4 oz. Tri-radial spinnaker (practice spinnaker);

        * 1/2 oz Tri-radial spinnaker;

        * 2 Staysails;

 

All sails stored in climate controlled storage when not on boat. Roller furling genoa and main stored off boat in winter and when boat not being used actively.

 

We also have a full boat cover for winter storage and sun shades for the tropics or Houston summer heat.

Owner Notes

1. 12k Btu A/C in forward zone and 7k Btu A/C in after zone;
2. 12 gallon water heater;
3. Enlarged fuel tank installed at time of construction, capacity 68 gallons;
4. Fresh water = 120 gallons in two 60 gallon tanks;
5. Holding tank = 30 gallons;
6. All electronics work, including satellite TV and satellite phone

Radar is B&G 4G;

Fire Suppression System Added

Satellite TV is a KVH M1DX antenna with Direct TV controller box;

7. (a) Anchors are:
(1) 40# stainless steel CQR;
(2) 35# Delta;
(3) Fortress aluminum Danforth style (disassembled and in bottom of starboard lazarette);
(b) Anchor Rode is:
(1) 30 feet of galvanized chain + 100 - 150’ of triple braid on CQR;
(2) Probably 15 – 20’ of chain and 100’triple braid on Delta;
8. Generator is Westerbeke 3.8 Kw (same Kw as 4.2 Panda);
9. Battery Charger/Inverter is Heart 2Kw(?);
10. One 50 amp and twin 30 amp shore power cables;
11. Standing rigging is Rod rigging, all original but re-coal headed in about 2008.
