Overview
Now and then I get to list a boat that looks amazing due to the care and upkeep from a fastidious owner. This is the boat to see! Looking much newer and owned by a retired military pilot she will not disappoint you!
Lots of updates and care, extra parts, new equipment, all you need to do is bring your personal items, food and go! Owners recently re-varnished interior and she is loaded with loaded with spare parts and equipment seldom seen. New port and deck hatch glass.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
Enter the cockpit through either the port or starboard boarding gates. Wide side decks make maneuverability around the deck easy. Cockpit has teak inlay seating with foam cushions. Fully overhead enclosed with Sunbrella bimini, dodger, and connector. Helm is centered with elevated seat and cushion. Walk through transom make water fun easy. Down a few steps enter the main cabin with beautiful re-varnished wood work and teak and holly floors. Walk all the way forward and into the stateroom with double berth, storage, and a privacy door. The salon and dinette are starboard and have a flat screen TV mounted in the forward bulkhead. Across from the salon is the galley with ample room for storage and food preparation spaces. Just aft of the galley is the navigation station with desk and store. Further aft if the private door into the aft cabin. Large, featuring a king size berth, hanging locker and storage. Under the companionway steps is the engine compartment. On the starboard side is a large separate shower stall and set locker and separate head with vanity, sink and electric toilet.
GALLEY: Located on the port side of the main cabin the galley offers plenty of food preparation and storage space making the onboard chef happy.
