Description

Accommodations: The aft deck salon is entered from either the double sliding teak doors from the aft deck line handling deck or from the port and starboard wing doors. This is an air-conditioned, carpeted area with full wet bar, TV and two couches .

Access to the roomy flybridge (through a weatherproof hatch and door) is from the aft deck salon as well.

The lower salon is entered from the aft salon through a full height door and is bright and airy with a lower helm to starboard. There is an entertainment center to port. There are two couches for ample seating. This area features opening side windows, forward windows, drapes and window covers.

Forward and down is the galley to port and large U-Shaped dinette to starboard.  The dining table will electronically raise and lower as needed to make extra sleeping accommodations.  Excellent use of space in the galley with lots of cabinet storage and a bright open feeling with the windows overhead.

Through a privacy door is the VIP guest stateroom with a centerline queen berth and a head with vanity to starboard and a separate shower across to port. There is abundant storage, a separate A/C unit, and two great hanging lockers is abundant storage, a separate A/C unit, and two great hanging lockers.

Aft of the salon and down there is the third stateroom to port with chris-crossed single berths storage locker and two opening ports, and its own head across the hallway. This head shares the shower stall with the master head through a very handy walkthrough double door arrangement.

Continuing aft is the master stateroom which is full beam and features a king-sized berth and abundant storage. There is a mirrored vanity to starboard and a washer dryer forward in a hanging locker. There is abundant natural lighting from the side and aft windows. Teak parquet cabin sole, and separate air conditioning system. The roomy master head is to starboard with vanity and access to the shared shower stall. Berth in the Master stateroom is a centerline king sized berth, teak parquet sole, a separate head and walk through shower stall, (stall is shared with guest stateroom). Features include a lighted make up vanity duplex lighting, AC/DC, a separate A/C system, opening ports, 

There is a combination washer/dryer concealed in a locker forward. Forward to the port of the master stateroom is the Middle stateroom featuring two single berths, the overhead berth runs fore and aft and lower berth runs sideways. Across the hall are a separate head and vanity and access to the pass-through shower stall.

Forward is the VIP stateroom with a centerline queen berth, two hanging lockers, separate A/C system, overhead hatch, and opening ports. Teak parquet sole.

Galley The galley is down from the salon, but open overhead to the forward salon windows. Features include a newer over/under refrigerator/freezer, a teak parquet cabin sole, and a very large U-Shaped hi-low dinette across to starboard. Princess 4 Burner electric range with oven.  Microwave Oven, Deep Stainless Sink, dishwasher (inop), Garbage disposal ( inop )

Hardtop has a S/S pipe davit, There are two dingys on deck with chocks . Flybridge with centerline helm seat, l Shaped guest seating, Foldable radar arch, full Bimini with S/S bows. Ideal 2500# Windlass with chain Gypsy and Capstan Anchor pulpit with roller S/S Danforth Style anchor and chain and nylon rode Fiberglass nonskid decks Fiberglass swim platform Swim Ladder

Electronics Upper and lower helms with full engine gauges and separate electronics. Autopilot  VFH, Walkie talkies, Garmin GPS , Radar (inop) Remote controlled spotlight, Compass (2 Station)

The engine room is amidships under the salon and is accessed by opening floorboards, or through a doorway aft under the steps in the hallway. The engine room is well soundproofed and has good access to the engines as well as outboard. The generator is forward of the starboard and the A/C compressors are forward of the port. Engines currently are showing a total 848 hours since new. Twin Johnson and Towers 671 TI motors @ 450 HP each 15 KW Onan Generator with 1,041 hours showing on the meter

Boasting a beautiful teak interior and a low maintenance exterior with nonskid side and forward decks. This modern and well-designed yacht will accommodate a liveaboard group or could be a capable cruising yacht with her low hour engines. -

Vessel runs very well and has the remarkable performance of a boat of this size cruising at 18 knots with her reliable 671 engines. The owner runs the vessel at 8 knots and reports around 5 GPH consumption. 

Observations

This is a really magnificant vessel in pretty good shape.  In an effort to be completely transparant, the following are items the owner has detailed as issues or of interest:

Windlass Battery 8D is new,  Generator Battery 4D is new, Forward 8D engine battery is new.

Issues noted:

Radar in op

Dishwasher in op

Garbage Disposal in op

Intercom system is in op

Flybridge bimini needs sewing repair

Flybridge cushions need repair

Windshield wipers are in op (not used as sun shade is on windshield)

Spotlight is in op

Three of the engine 8D batteries are at end of life and will need replacing.

 

Owner says this vessel will do 15 +/- knots.  4 gallons per hour at 6 knots.
