1974 Burns Craft House Boat. This is a great live aboard for a couple or single. Could also be used for your favorite vacation spot. As long as you have a water supply and electricity this house boat could be your condo on the water. Has 2 bedrooms, On the main level there is a double bed with plenty of storage with lots of sunlight shinning in. On the starboard side there is a vanity with mirror and stool, In the lower level there is a queen size bed on the starboard side with additional space on the port side for a double bed or mattress.
Head and vanity together are located port side. This is a high end composing toilet There are 2 in-line instant hot water units that serves 3 sinks and a shower. All lighting has been up graded along with many new outlets and switches. All flooring has been up-graded as well. Galley is fully equipped with a 4 burner propane stove, microwave oven, coffee maker and a full size refrigerator . Also has a SS sink. All dishes, silverware, glassware, pots and pans and all cooking utensils go this this boat. The boat has a 30 HP Johnson O/B motor MOTIVATED SELLER WHO LIVES OUT OF STATE WILL CONSIDER " ALL OFFERS"
