For the past 14 years, Brian has been at the forefront of the solar industry, leading large-scale teams, expanding national sales channels, and negotiating multimillion-dollar deals with precision and poise. Prior to his solar leadership roles, he spent eight years as Vice President of an Inc. 500 mortgage company, where he oversaw a team of nearly 100 and delivered record-setting growth. His early foundation in elite sales was built over 12 years in high-line auto, where he served as both Client Advisor and Sales Manager at BMW, developing a passion for providing a client experience that is second to none.
