KaiZen, 1999 Navigator 5300 Cockpit Pilot House Motor Yacht has been beautifully maintained and is fresh out of the yard with brand new bottom paint, zincs, hull wax, and freshly painted window trim. Brand Spanking New 120 V LED lighting installed throughout the engine room and mechanical compartments provide an abundance of bright light that makes systems checks a joy instead of a chore.
Step aboard through the wide transom door for easy access to the spacious cockpit. The salon provides a spacious area for gathering with guests and even boasts a gas log fireplace! The chef friendly galley has a wood cabinet faced refrigerator, that a first glance makes one wonder where the fridge is? The light colored stained joinery throughout the vessel creates a bright and cheerful interior environment. A raised wrap around settee dining area is located in the pilot house and provides a view aft into the galley and the salon beyond as well as looking forward. Of course the pilot house helm is exactly what any captain would wish for in a central command station with sliding door to starboard for easy access to the bow.
Venture below, and just to port side to enter the spacious, full beam Master Stateroom. The Master Head & Shower offer the same spacious feel that you will experience throughout this magnificent vessel. Moving forward below through the companionway you will find a second stateroom to port with upper and lower bunks. The VIP State Room is forward with queen size bed. Just before the forward stateroom to starboard is a second, very roomy head ,and shower. Mirrored walls and ceiling create a bright perception of wide open space.
A short flight of stairs, aft of the interior helm provides easy, comfortable, and safe access the bridge and upper deck. There you will find an entertainment station boasting an electric Jennair grill, wet bar and refrigerator, ice maker. Another abundance of space provides for topside gathering with comfortable.abundant seating and table. Of course the bridge helm station is most likely the captain's choice for taking command of the vessel. The hard glass curtains surrounding the helm station provide a clear view from the bridge and look like new!
Twin Volvo TAMD 72 EOC 430 HP Diesel Engines provide for an economic 18 knot cruising speed at 2100-2200 RPM. 20 knots WOT.
Just in the past few months the engines and generator have undergone extensive servicing by Volvo Factory Certified Technicians which includes replacement of hoses, belts, oil changed, coolant drained & flushed. Engine block heaters installed.
New Dock Mate main engine and thruster controls installed.
Bow & Stern Thrusters provide for practically effortless maneuverability in any docking situation.
Additional Equipment includes Reverso Oil Exchange System, Spotlight with Remote, True Mini Duo electric 2 burner cook top, Spare Tail Shaft with storage located at port swim platform.
KaiZen has been showered with lots of TLC from her owner. There is 40 K in recent service receipts.
