Overview
OVERVIEW:
Very nice Viking 55 Motor Yacht with full walk around side decks with side entry doors, a lower helm on the main deck and upper helm on the flybridge. There is upgraded seadek flooring on the upper deck, aft deck and side decks. She has a wonderful layout inside with open spacious rooms with rich woodwork throughout, 4 cabins, 3 heads, laundry room and walk-in engine room.
ACCOMMODATION:
Downstairs and aft is the Full Beam Master Stateroom. This is a very large stateroom with king size berth, double hanging closets, abundant storage, sitting area and an ensuite head with separate bathtub/shower. Just outside the master suite is a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer, Forward is the VIP cabin with walk-around queen berth, hanging lockers and a private ensuite head/shower. There are also two additional guest staterooms, port and starboard, one with upper and lower berths, 2 hanging lockers and storage. There is a shared head/shower for the two guest staterooms.
The main level salon is spacious, with large windows and blinds, and includes a full dining area. There are stairs up to the flybridge, and down stairs to the staterooms, laundry room and engine room level. Double glass doors open to the aft deck, and forward is the large pass-through window from the dining area to the galley.
The galley is well equipped with a (NEW) full sized Samsung refrigerator/freezer, double stainless sinks, 4 burner electric cooktop, Bosch Microwave oven, Cuisinart Air Fryer/Toaster, (NEW) dishwasher and (NEW) trash compactor. The galley is open with windows and two doors that open to the side decks making it light and airy with abundant storage space. Just forward of the galley is the lower helm, with Raymarine GPS, Radar, Depth, Autopilot, VHF radio and Bow Thruster.
The Bridge Deck or Flybridge has a large seating area with new canvas and isinglass, making the flybridge fully enclosable. The seating area soft goods are currently being replaced. There is also a dining table in the seating area as well. Aft is an electric crane and dinghy storage area. The upper helm is fully equipped with Raymarine electronics, including GPS/Plotter, Radar, Depth, Autopilot, VHF Radio and Bow Thruster. There is also an EPIRB.
