Nonsuch 30 Ultra, "Jammin"
The famous boat builder George Hinterhoeller referred to the Nonsuch 30 Ultra as "the greatest thirty-foot sailboat of all time. Her quality construction is apparent everywhere you look, and her sailing abilities are quite surprising. You will be equally surprised by the roomy interior with large L-shaped galley, oversized quarter berth, luxurious salon, comfortable forward owner's stateroom and private head and shower.. "Jammin" will make an excellent coastal cruiser for single-handlers, a couple or small family. She has a roomy cockpit, a large, well-ventilated interior, is easy to rig and sail and is equipped with a Westerbeke 27 diesel for auxiliary power.

New NMEA 2000 bus with GPS,depth finder/temp sensor/battery monitor and autopilot
New Dinghy davit system
New windlass and anchor 150 feet of anchor chain
New lines on sail rigging
New AC shore power system. Originally had no shore power and only DC wiring
2000W inverter with ~1200 watt solar system
600 Amp hours lithium battery system
Haul out 8 months ago, new bottom paint
and epoxy repairs done to the rudder.
Mast was replaced some years back
Two separate sails. One heavy in storage, on lighter which is what is on the mast now
New bimini and sail cover
New salon table + original if desired
Electric water heater and air conditioning unit
