Overview
This 1987 Island Packet 31 has spent most of its life in freshwater (only 2 years in saltwater). She is powered by a Yanmar 3GM30F (27 hp) diesel with only 550 Hrs. The sails are approximately 15 years old and are in good condition. The bimini top was replaced 2 years ago as well as halyards and safety lines. The owner has 2 complete sets of sails (approx 15 years old) for the vessel. Maintenance records available upon request.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
- The forward cabin has a roomy vee berth forward, with a large opening hatch overhead and opening ports for ventilation
- Aft of the vee berth and to starboard is the enclosed private head with pull-out shower, hot and cold pressure water
- Across from head is a large locker
- Next aft is the main salon with traditional port and starboard settees
- There is a large bulkhead mounted teak dining table that folds down and opens up to allow dining from both sides
- The starboard settee forms into a double berth
- On the portside of the companionway, is the U-shaped galley with a S/S Hillerange Two Burner Propane Range, S/S sink, dishes, cookware and abundant storage
- To starboard of the companionway is the electrical panel and a roomy quarter berth
- The entire sole is teak and holly
